At Narri, we want you to love your jewellery purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help.

Returns

  • Customers can request a return within 7 days of receiving the order.

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

    • Unused and in its original condition

    • Returned with original packaging and tags

    • Not damaged or altered in any way

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Customized or personalized jewellery

  • Items purchased during sale or clearance

  • Gift cards

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the product received is damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
